The 7 step Self-confidence booster formulary

This weekend I was in Aalborg teaching kundalini yoga and I just loved it! Because it is so much more than just asanas and meditations. Kundalini yoga is a total technology in itself. It affects the body, mind and spirit at the same time. The theme of the workshop was self-confidence.

You might ask how yoga can help you with that? And the answer is simple, it brings you home to yourself. It aligns you with your true identity, and washes away everything you are not. 

My experience is that you don’t have to know why you have low self-esteem. Sometimes you just don’t know! Then it can become a constant battle finding the reason why it is how is is, instead of just healing what needs to be healed.

 A spiritual teacher Caroline Myss is very humoristic about this, se says we don’t need to look at why and keep digging and digging ”It happened because it happened, ok! STOP” 
 

I don’t know about you but to me that is such a release and you know what kundalini yoga works on whatever you need!
 How cool is that? That’s why its such a shortcut and its easy.
I can just feel how much this technology has to offer and I want to share it with you!
 
Now I am going to give you my 7-step confidence booster formulary from my Kundalini Yoga workshop:
 
#1 Tool: Meditation. It gives you the strength to control your mind. When you are in control it is you who decide what kind of thoughts you want to have. I love this way of thinking of it: You have to learn how to chose your thoughts every day, like choosing your cloths. Start your meditation practice today.
 
#2 Tool: Move your body. ”Movement is my soultalk” If you ever feel stuck and cant’ find your way out of the darkness, just start moving your body. Come into your body, breathe into it and connect with it. When you move your body everything starts to move, even the stagnated energy in your life.
 
#3 Tool: Follow your heart! 
 
#4 Tool: Know yourself. The most important relationship in the world is the relationship you have with yourself. Start connecting with yourself know.
 
#5 Tool: Embrace your perfectness. Yes that’s right! You are perfect just the way you are. Nothing needs to be changed, the only thing you need to do is to accept yourself, even those sides of you, you don’t like.  Remember this:
 
” The Creator created you and does not make mistakes. The Self lacks nothing, for how can it? It is connected to all that is.”
 
#6 tool: Let go of the past. To truly let go of the past, you have to go into the dark recesses of the subconscious mind at a cellular level. This means rolling up your sleeves and feeling all the pain that is associated with these memories. The beauty of Kundalini Yoga is that it can work at the cellular level.
 
#7 Tool: Strengthening your solar plexus. There are 7 energy centers within the body. One of them is called solar plexus and it’s located at the navel point. This center is your center of power, strength and confidence. Doing a lot of exercises that strengthens this area is a great way to boost your self-confidence.
 
This is a formulary I only share in my workshops and retreats but I want to share it with you too, cause my mission is to spread this technology, to uplift and helping you to be the most vibrating, vital, healthy and happy living being you can possible be.
