Day 3 of the ‪#‎kundaliniyogachallenge‬ its getting deep! JUST MEDITATE

Find a quiet place to sit without being disturbed. Place a small pillow or folded blanket under you. The most comfortable sitting position to be in is when your hips are higher than your knees. Set a timer for 5 minutes. Having timed your session enables your mind to calm down.
